This is an exam, not a questionnaire. Roughly 60 to 75 minutes of performance tasks: timed reasoning sections, a working-memory test, an attention-and-accuracy task, a calibration test, incentive-style risk and time-preference choices, keyed judgment scenarios, and a persistence block. There are no self-ratings anywhere — every score comes from what you actually do.

Several sections are timed and cannot be paused or reopened once finished, so sit down when you have an uninterrupted hour, on a laptop rather than a phone. Response times are recorded throughout.

Progress saves automatically on this device between sections. Results go only to the Heron Capital team and are read alongside references and ordinary diligence. No decision is made from this exam alone.
